Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator oversees volunteer engagement and ensures PDO events are properly staffed and organized.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new volunteers
  • Coordinate volunteer schedules for outreach events
  • Maintain volunteer communication and engagement
  • Develop strategies to grow the volunteer network
  • Work closely with the board to ensure successful event execution
  • Ensure volunteers understand PDO’s mission and expectations

Minimum Requirements 

  • Commit to being on the board for 1 – 2 years  
  • About 6 – 8 hour commitment per week 
  • Attend weekly meetings with the board
  • Helping out with running services throughout the month
